Mineral fiber(矿物纤维)

According to the adjustment of the state administrative policy and the transformation of the automobile friction materials to non-asbestos, our factory introduce advanced technology from Germany and specialized automatic production line of fiber products. The fiber products we manufactured are ideal material which can replace asbestos in friction materials. We have mineral fiber, ceramic fiber, nature cellulose fiber, composite fiber and so on. Brake linings made from our fiber products have many notable features such as braking stably, high temperature properties, little abrasion, low (no)noise and long life. They are very popular in friction materials manufacturers.

Characteristics and applications:
It has low heat conductivity, thermal stability, chemical stability, and no causticity. Brake linings made from ceramic fiber have high temperature resistance and decentrality, can be used in brake linings which requires high temperature resistance and heat recovery capacity, it also can be used in all types if mixer

Recommendatory dosage:

Brake drum: 20-35%

Brake disc: 10-25%

Main components: man-made rockwool, organic fibers and surface treating agent

Characteristics and applications:Good decentrality, can be used well in all types of mixers, in the process of producing, we put in organic fibers and do some treatment on the surfa' ;%邎Z抙8LE' ;%邎Z抙 has good cold effect, can be used well in brake linings, and don’t need additional organic fiber.
